This motto saying and style are unusual. The original piece, from which this design was adapted, was made in the UK in the 1880's. "God Speed" or the updated sentiment "God bless" are both included for the large motto version. A smaller bonus "single" motto design is also included in the leaflet. These designs are charted to be stitched on perforated paper, as the original piece was, or on fabric.
