You can turn on or off the tabs for viewing our online catalog by clicking on the "catalog" icon at the top right or left of any of our web pages. We turn them off by default for mobile devices, to conserve viewing space, and turn them on by default for larger screen areas such as on computers. We use PayPal as our secure payment processor. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to buy from our on-line store, but you WILL need to allow pop-ups in order to see the PayPal cart or to add items to the cart. PayPal will allow you to securely specify your payment and shipping information.

If you are in AZ, you will be charged whatever the current sales tax rate is for Pinal county, which is currently (2018) 7.2%.

Non-USA customers, please contact us before you order. We will need to calculate your shipping costs by hand and let you know the total cost of your order including shipping.

If this on-line store does not work for you, or if what you are looking for is not listed here, please contact us either by phone, by our product information request section of our Online Store page, or by email. We are willing to do Special Orders--in fact, some of our designs (such as a kit for the Wedding Tabletopper) have to have customized colors in order to be meaningful! Just request the info you are looking for and we will do our best to answer your request. However, please do NOT send your credit card information by email or through our product information request section, since email is not secure and your information will not be protected.

We ship USPS first class or priority in general. Minimum shipping charge is $4.00 per order. Our website is configured using PayPal to automatically charge an appropriate amount for shipping, but we don't always get it right. If our website charges more for shipping than it actually costs, we will refund you for the difference (except that our minimum shipping charge is $4.00). Our general policy is that it may take 2-3 days to get things that we have in stock into the mail.

What is a ...?

A chart is a leaflet which includes the pattern, materials list, and all information needed to stitch the design. You will need to buy threads and a piece of material separately in order to stitch and complete the design.

Chart and material means the chart, as described above, plus a pre-cut piece of material to complete the main design presented in the chart. You will need to buy threads separately in order to stitch and complete the design.

A Complete Kit is the complete deal: the chart, plus all threads and the right piece of material to stitch and complete the design. If the chart has more than one format (such as "tabletopper & bellpull", the kit will have all of the parts needed to do just the tabletopper piece, unless something different is specified in the description.

Pre-cut material is a piece of material that is cut to the size specified. The fabric is not stitched and is not edged or fringed. You will need to stitch a design and edge the piece with a Nun stitch as described in a chart.
