Remember Me motto

This saying is from an American motto from the 1870's. The original design was quite plain, and this adaptation adds colorful flowers and vines as background to the sentiment. We all want to be remembered. This motto was stitched to remember my friend Charlene, and to honor all those stitchers who have left a legacy through needle and thread.

All of our mottoes are charted for stitching on perforated paper with traditional textured stitches, just as the Victorians stitched them, and for completing the design using Cross stitch only which can be worked on fabric and also paper.

The mottoes shown on our website were all stitched on our large custom cut sheets of 14 count perforated paper with traditional textured stitches. You can also stitch any of the motto designs using only Cross stitch on perforated paper or fabric.

The larger size sheets of paper that we sell were specially cut for Dutch Treat. The larger size sheets are now only available in 12" x 22" white paper.
