Learn To Do Good motto

This design is adapted from an American motto. This chart has two color choices. The red version, pictured, is worked in traditional motto colors on 14 count brown 12" x 21" paper. with Caron Watercolours 250 Claret, DMC 310 black, and Kreinik braid 102hl. The other blue version, not pictured, is worked on 14 count white 12" x 22" perforated paper. The picture of the blue version should be available soon. Both versions will fit in an 8" x 20" frame when completed.

All of our mottoes are charted for stitching on perforated paper with traditional textured stitches, just as the Victorians stitched them, and for completing the design using Cross stitch only which can be worked on fabric and also paper.

The mottoes shown on our website were all stitched on our large custom cut sheets of 14 count perforated paper with traditional textured stitches. You can also stitch any of the motto designs using only Cross stitch on perforated paper or fabric.

The larger size sheets of paper that we sell were specially cut for Dutch Treat. The larger size sheets are now only available in 12" x 22" white paper.
